Is Managed Services right for your organization? There comes a time when every organization must make a decision. For SMB’s the question is “Should manage our network ourselves?” For larger companies, the question is “What aspects of managing the network should be outsourced?” If your business has a network that:
… it is a good time to consider outsourcing to a Managed Service Provider. Harmony offers two simple and comprehensive options of managed services, called HSP (Harmony Service Plan). We offer you the flexibility to define the amount of security, support, monitoring, and system specific needs that are associated with your configuration. Service levels can be upgraded at anytime. The highest level is HSP-Complete whereby Harmony handles all aspects of your server, your production workstations including all management, security, patches -- your system is “fully managed.” You define which equipment is to be covered at the onset of our agreement. This preferred flat fee service level is highly recommended in environments where uptime is mission critical and fluctuations in IT budgeting are not desirable. Services under the HSP-Complete are designed for maximum uptime, tight security, and high reliability. The second level of support is HSP-Lite, which indicates that many aspects of your server and production equipment are maintained by your organization and essentially you wish to call us when you have identified a performance interruption. This plan offers a very low monthly fee with “service as needed” hourly rates. Unlike the HSP-Complete where the services are covered in the flat monthly fee, with the HSP-Lite, all labor and services are billed at a reduced hourly rate. This plan is most effective in an environment where IT dependency is not mission critical and interruptions to uptime is not a show-stopper.
